Is parking available on-site?

Yes, we offer underground parking (height limit: 1.90 m).
Cost: €25 per night.
Reservations can be made on the day of arrival via phone or email.

Are pets allowed?

Yes, pets are welcome!
A fee of €25 per night applies.

Is there a whirlpool?

The whirlpool is located exclusively in our Penthouse Whirlpool Suite.
It is not available to all guests.

Are bed linens and towels provided?

Yes, all apartments include bed linens and towels.

How often is cleaning provided?

Cleaning takes place every five days.
Trash removal is available upon request.

Is there a coffee machine in the apartment?

Yes, each apartment has a Nespresso capsule machine.
A starter set of capsules is included.

What are the reception hours?

Monday–Friday: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (until 10:00 PM if night shift available)
Saturday–Sunday: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM

When is check-in possible?

Check-in starts at 3:00 PM.
Early check-in may be possible if the apartment is ready — please contact us by phone or email on the day of arrival.

When is check-out?

Check-out is by 11:00 AM.
Late check-out until 3:00 PM is possible upon availability.
A fee of €10 per additional hour applies.
Please inquire at reception or call us on the morning of your departure.

Are the apartments air-conditioned?

No, our apartments do not have air conditioning.

Is breakfast available?

Yes, we offer breakfast Monday to Friday from 7:30 AM.
€20 per person.
No breakfast on weekends.
