Welcome! How to open the reception door and start your check-in:

Find the E-Key
Right next to the reception entrance, you will see the E-Key keypad (see the picture in your email). -
Enter your door code

Enter the door code you received by email.

Confirm with “✓”.

Please enter the code slowly and carefully to avoid mistakes.
⚠️ Important: After 3 incorrect attempts, the code will be locked for 30 minutes for security reasons.

Enter the reception
Once the door is unlocked, enter the reception and go to the right to the check-in terminal.
Check-in at the terminal – step-by-step:

Select your language

Enter your last name
-
Pay for your booking
(This step will be skipped if you have already paid online) -
Enter your personal information

Sign on the screen
-
Choose how many key cards you need (1 or 2)

Collect your key card
-
Go to your apartment
-
Exit the reception
-
Outside, the first door on the left is the entrance to the apartments.
